[:en]Not everyone knows how to do everything with excellence, but everyone has a gift that can be used to do good. Whether it is a profession, an artistic skill, craft production, creativity or even the ability of listening to others. Anything is accepted to evangelize. The gifts received from the Eternal Father become even better when applied to do good.

The teacher Ana Kelly de Araújo, which is part of the choir of the Sanctuary Basilica of the Divine Eternal Father, in Trindade (GO), said that the result of this gift used in evangelization is immediate. “When we are singing during celebrations, we feel the strong presence of God. Sometimes, we look at the audience and see people crying. It is amazing! “It is a proof that the Holy Spirit is present among us,” she said.

The music is also a mean of the proclamation of Jesus Christ said Walter José, better known as Waltinho. He is the author of the song of the pilgrimage and coordinator of the Grupo Luz, which also serves in the Sanctuary Basilica of Trindade. “When I started singing sacred music and composing, I found that the simplicity of the lyrics with beautiful harmony touches the hearts of the simple people, but strong in devotion.” A man of faith, the musician says that singing goes much further than it seems: “When you sing with soul, people also accompanies with their souls, and this is very rewarding!”.

Gift from the Father

The word “Gift” comes from the Latin donum. Therefore, it is an innate ability to perform with excellence a given task, overcoming aspects that seem more difficult for most people. It is the case of the plastic artist Patricia Wolf, who has been a religious person since her childhood. She is dedicated to sacred art in tiles. Focused on faith and devotion, her work portrays images of the Child Jesus, the Immaculate Conception, Saint Expeditus, ox carts and the Holy Trinity. “I have been doing it for 20 years. I have tried to change due to financial problems. But, this is what makes me happy,” she said.

Patricia says her inspiration comes from a deep connection with the mysteries of faith. “I have always had a lot of connection with the angels and saints that I constantly dream with them. When I express this in my work, I see that the people also feel touched. It is very rewarding,” she concludes.

Acknowledgement

Not all people have outstanding gifts but all of them are equally important. Sometimes, the person does not draw or sing, but is a skilled storyteller, for example. Even it may seem a bit simple, when it is done with love, one can evangelize using such gift. “I believe when God sends a gift, it must be used for good  because acknowledge and blessings come directly from the Eternal Father”, said the saleswoman Valdira Barbosa.

For her, those who always takes part in the holy masses at the Sanctuary Basilica of Trindade or use their gifts to serve the Father in some way is like a teacher who has the gift of teaching and can change the lives of their students: “The gifts sent by God always make a difference in one’s life. Music is an example of it as the people that is listening feel the perfection and the love of those who are singing. This opportunity motivates, excites and gladdens”.[:es]Ni todo el mundo sabe hacer todo a la perfección, pero todos tienen algún don que, incluso, puede ser utilizado para edificar el bien. Sea una profesión, una habilidad artística o artesanal, la creatividad aflorada y hasta la capacidad de escuchar. Todo cuenta en los valores para evangelizar. Los dones recibidos del Padre Eterno se hacen aún mejores cuando son aplicados en una buena acción.

Para la profesora Ana Kelly de Araújo, que forma parte del coro de la Basílica Santuario del Divino Padre Eterno, en Trindade (GO), el retorno de ese presente usado para la evangelización es instantáneo. “Cuando la gente está cantando durante las celebraciones sienten la fuerte presencia de Dios. A veces da hasta escalofríos observar al público alrededor y ver a personas llorando. Esa es una prueba de que el Espíritu Santo está presente”, cuenta.

La música también es un medio de anuncio de Jesucristo para Walter José, más conocido como Waltinho. Él es el autor de la música de la Peregrinación y coordinador del Grupo Luz, que también sirve en la Basílica Santuario de Trindade. “Cuando empecé a componer y a cantar música sacra, me di cuenta de que la sencillez de las letras con bonita armonía toca el corazón de la gente sencilla, fuertes en la devoción”. Hombre de fe, el músico afirma que cantar va mucho más allá de lo que parece: “Cuando se canta con el alma, el pueblo también acompaña con el alma ¡es muy gratificante!”.

Regalo del Padre

La palabra “Don” viene del latín donus, que significa ofrenda, regalo. Por lo tanto, se trata de una capacidad natural para desempeñar con excelencia determinada tarea, superando los aspectos que parecen más difíciles para la mayoría de las personas. Ese el caso de la artista plástica Patricia Lobo, religiosa desde pequeña, que se dedica al arte sacro en azulejos. Orientado a la fe y la devoción, el trabajo de ella retrata imágenes como la del Niño Jesús, la Inmaculada Concepción, Santo Expedito, carros de bueyes y de la Santísima Trinidad. “Desde hace 20 años hago eso. Por dificultades financieras, ya intenté cambiar. Pero, eso es lo que me hace feliz”, afirma ella.

Patricia cuenta que su inspiración viene de una profunda conexión con los misterios de la fe. “Siempre tuve mucha conexión con los ángeles y santos, tanto que sueño constantemente con ellos. Y al plasmar esto en mi trabajo, veo que las personas también se sienten alcanzadas. Es muy gratificante”, finaliza.

Reconocimiento

Ni todas las personas tienen dones tan evidentes, sin embargo, son igualmente importantes. A veces, la persona no es muy bueno para dibujar o cantar, pero tal vez es una hábil narradora de historias, por ejemplo. Aunque sea algo simple, cuando se hace con amor, ella puede evangelizar a través de ese don. “Yo creo que si Dios mando ese don, debe ser aprovechado para el bien. Ya que el reconocimiento y el retorno vendrán directamente del Padre Eterno”, agregó la vendedora Valdira Barbosa.

Para ella, que siempre participa de las misas en la Basílica Santuario de Trindade, quien usa sus dones para servir al Padre de alguna forma, es como un profesor que tiene el don de enseñar y puede cambiar la vida de sus alumnos: “Los regalos enviados por Dios hacen la diferencia en la vida de quién es de alguna manera beneficiado. Parecido con la música, la gente que está del otro lado escuchando siente la perfección y el amor de quien canta. Y eso motiva, emociona y alegra”.
